hehe i try to do -15 req jewel with dex mod so save str and adds dex towards blocking and blizz all the way

i like blizz to.

-15 with dex... hmmm sound nice.

let'S do some maths :

-15 req = save 23 stats so far + the bonus on jewel)
eld = save 21 stats at lvl 99 chars.

For sorc,
Depend on what you want to do, blizz are cool but with respec just try many builds
