Not many people have one from what I've seen, there's a couple out there... But there isn't a lot of HC PTR players it seems like, so not as many items flying around unfortunately. I'll shoot ya a PM if one drops though

Looks like that XD person had one from ur other thread, I'd PM him again tomorrow.... when someone has an item you need be persistant! It helps at times. Just keep an eye on ur old thread and when he's back online PM him again, or PM him again and wait to see if he replies... Can't hurt to keep asking! haha
