I didn't mean this. Everyone can dw some char and unlock hc by some kills in single player. Sc is just about learning how to play the game. Starting directly on hc when having no idea of anything in D2 would be more or less pointless. Remember the first couple of months when you played the game, how many times have you died? In sc you learn the basics of the game - quests, skills, stats, etc. Single player can be almost the same except playing in party. HC, on the other hand, requires skills, attention on the game in every second, also being able to make the best balance between dmg and defensive stuff, as Brasil_Soccer said.
