what are the main changes?

they added a command where you can just type +1 in diablo and it will spam the sh!t out of jsp all day long

hammerdins can baal slightly less easier
hr's drop more often
tppk is hopefully done for good
a bunch of cosmetic/unnoticeable changes ("buffs" to hydra - blizz is still the #1 sorc skill and lightning is still 2nd to that)
hopefully new RW's with the actual release of 1.13c
ubertristing = no more
respec is possible now - full stats & skills x1 per den of evil quest & fusing all 4 essences (1 from baal/1 from dia / 1 duri/andy 1 meph) = respec item x1
