so i wont lose them points ill have 15 xrta stat points and 9 xtra skill points from the quest i did

You get all of your stat points back that you've used including stat quests, this goes for skill quests as well.

I don't think there is a respec quest lie in the beta pit quest. I think to respec you have to have a token of ab--and getting the 4 tokens is the quest.
