is it true in 1.13 theyre gonna take out cta/enigma so these cant be creatable? ive been told this but i cant find it on arreat or battlenet forums

one more question, what I FOUND, on arreat said, hell/nm diff are gonna be alot harder, the monsters are supposed to all chagne to like super unique style, anybody notice that nm/hell are much harder? or is this jsut hype
