Does the legendary meteorb MFer work well in 1.13?? Just wondering coz since hydra has been boosted, i thought a hydra-orb sorc would be good too..

i did a few builds
low orb + CL give it a 8
hydra + orb give it a 3
heavy orb + FB give it a 7-8
then my best was low orb +CL with 1 point to fire wall give it a 9+
