This Build Is Suited specifically to a Boner PvP Necro, with my current build this necro exceeds:
*125%(max) FCR Breakpoint
*38%(8 Frames) FHR Breakpoint
*(With CTA BO) 2.3+ HP, 50%+ Block, 35% Damage Reduction, Bone Armor Absorbing Upto 970 Damage.
*Upto 5.8k Bonespear Damage (While still hitting max FCR breakpoint ofc)

Starting BID = 450fg
BIN = 975fg
