I'm one of those retarded europeans. One of the things I liked about beta was actually hanging out with US realm people I made a gunch of friends that in this beta, that I will miss later on!

First off, there are idiots from every realm. I should know, i've played them all.. Don't try to select a few and blame them.

2nd; schizophrenic1 ... You seriously think that hacks etc won't be functionall during 1.13? As soon as beta came out there were MHs made the very same day, mods updated... when? The very same day. Sure, warden wasn't on but the real hackers who actually do the coding always have programs which they don't share with others.. You know, the good ones that would cause uproars and literally screw the entire trading system if released / duel system. The ones that blizz doesn't really know about because of the very few people using them. (I'd guess 1-6people have some private progs :P) Just a warning There are always coders who take up the challenge!
