What level can I run this: You can run this whenever you can slot in cast on ward break (level 72), your damage and tank is dependent on how much ward you got.

Can this afk simulacurm:Yes this build can afk simu, I just slot in frost blink and it will teleport around. It is similar to cws but instant damage instead of overtime. This also applies to Ultimatum, I farmed grueling gauntlet the only mod that bricks it is (cannot recover flask charges)
