The purpose is to create a music video, 3+minutes. You don't have to create music, but i am open if you are a musician as well as a visual artist.

budget:
10k+ = you have good artistic skill and some experience in animation (or video)
Up to my current fg (100k+) = You are a pro in animation (or video) and able to make elaborate project with fine artistic skills.

Two possibilities:
1. I give you a song and you create animation/video on it.
2. You sell me an already made animation/video and I create music on it. (I will scrupulously verify if you are the real creator, serious artists only please)

Having low experience in animation can be fine if I like your visual graphic style, and if you are open to spent time, and able to learn animation.
The artwork must be an orginal creation and exempted of any copyright issue.
