If you're truly planning on using it for sig, option 1 doesn't fit the pixel size requirements in the first one of being 400x150.
If you're okay with static text, here is one that meets all sig requirements-


Getting the file size down isn't the struggle, it's keeping the quality up without converting to mp4 or another video format.
With a gif the only way to drop file size is to drop frames, drop colors or drop quality. The edit IchBinDaddy did is probably as close as you get to good quality while still within rules of sigs.

And yes, I don't want FG for this because it's not something that took time or effort.
