Title says it all.

Quitting my job later this week with no notice by saying I hurt my (previously broken) ankle. It's almost always a little swollen, but id like someone to edit it to look red and more swollen as well, so that when I tell them I can be like "it's bad *insert jpg*"

Who can do this and for how much ?

I’ve never heard of someone quitting a job because of a broken ankle.
I would try just telling them you don’t like working there and you’re quitting for X Y Z.
