I want a heart-shaped heart that looks like it's dripping.
The drips should be huge drips, not small ones. So the heart should only have 2-3 drips total, not a dozen.
under the heart should be a small puddle with a splashing drop.

Green with black outline
it's going on a black t-shirt

the concept is "toxic love"
