I am looking to make a tee shirt for a friend and I need her dog cut out of this photo and added to a navy blue background

Is this file size big enough to make a clear print out? I was worried about that.

Will tip 500fg for help!

That will be next to impossible and look awkward as hell. The way she’s holding the dog you doubt be able to crop just the dog out cause you’re going to have to remove her arm and part of her hand leaving a huge gap in the dog. Is there a different picture to work with perhaps?

Just my 2 cents…

Not to mention the million and a half straggly hairs you'd have to work with...
This job would cost wayyyy more than 500fg for anyone's time
