Hi there! im a Pigeon fancier looking for a Circle logo for my loft (cage/aviary)

Here's a sample of what i want:

instead of the Philippines flag i want both Philippines and USA Flag

Words on the circle around it will be

top ( Celine's Loft )
bottom ( Oxnard, Ca )
