I need a banner designed. I'd like it to say "Joke's on You" with a jester hat worked in. I'd like it to be 500w x 200h, it cannot be larger than this. The colors I had in mind are a dark green and beige or gold color theme. I think it would look cool if the jester hat was popped out of the top a bit. This isn't for a JSP sig, it will be used on a different site as a page banner. There is no need for animation but I'm open to it if you can think of a way to make it look neat.

As far as budget for this project, I was hoping to stick within my 1480 current FG amount but I can get more if need be. Let me know what seems fair for my request and if you're willing to do it.

That is the general idea of what I'm looking for. I'm not a big fan of the font in this one however. With the text being the main focus, a cool looking font with a fairly generic backdrop is what I had in mind. I like the placement of the Jester hat, would like it to be more colorful (maybe dark green / gold alternating) though. I'd also would like a font that has a bit of texture to it, like a semi broken/cracked type look.

I was able to get a banner made up, no longer need this work done.
