Looking for a sig, here are my requests.

Graffiti style with TheCub in the sig. I would also like a gas mask somewhere in the sig as well. Color scheme I prefer is blue and purple. I do prefer the "Block style" graffiti letters. The rest of the design is up to you, I promise I'm very open and prefer to let the artist have as much freedom as possible. I'm looking to pay 1kfg for this signature. Please, post here if that is not enough for a higher quality signature and we can discuss. I would like to add that I want the sig by the end of the week, if possible but I do not mind waiting longer for quality and creativity. Thanks!

edit/ I would like some shadows behind the letters as well, for the 3D effect.

Perhaps something like this? (working on the compression to get the file size a little smaller before I could sell it)

already tried compresspng gets it down to 28.8kb but when its reupped to imgur it goes straight to 80+ again, away from my pc this afternoon but ill try to fix it tomorrow

Can you remove the lines from the top and bottom though? It looks like the "clouds" just cut off. Is that even possible with the sig size requirements? Also, I wish I could help with the size issue you're having but I know nothing about that stuff.
