Just my two cents. If you’re going to purchase a logo to use I would suggest you specifically request a vectorized file be made. Stating a single size image would mean you virtually box yourself into never being able to use that image on any other size. Where as a vectorized image can be made at 128x128 px and then also blown up to 5000x5000 px with 0 quality loss. Where as if you attempted to do so with a normal image would make it unintelligible. Might I suggest looking into a fellow by the name of
