I'm bad af in graphic's modification so i need u.

I find this picture of an aligator with red glowing eyes : https://postimg.cc/4YgmS5zy i really like it; you can easily find the same ones by typing on google "dark alligator red eyes". In my opinion, i think, it is the one that has the best quality.

1 - I would like please, that this image is resized so that I can put it in profile picture. ( i think its pretty easy, i did it for my current photo but I leave you the hand )
2 - Most of the work : for the signature. I want it too, why not just a little animated. At eyes level, an effect of fire or red smoke , I do not know too much, but I am sure that the inspiration will come to you.
Really something light. I like it when it's simple. I hope to have it was as accurate as possible, to recapitulate : a Dark theme, with just a slight animation to the eyes. And if possible, with a Watermark "4mer" To Prevent Signature Scams.
