G'day M8s

I am looking for an evil seagull wielding an animated lava skin shotgun killing a black lab with the text JetsLastWish.
The Avatar maybe have the seagull holding the shotgun shooting out Ber runes. I'd like the Seagull to be glowing like the full tal'rasha set.
The animated Lava I would want exactly like this from runescape (Infernal Lava cape) or fire cape
