I'm a big fan of Ice dragons and firey phoenix's combos , if animated would like it to pop a bit but doesn't have to be animated just prefer if it is , not sure what prices are on sigs and avatars but considering doing both to match let me know if what prices are and what you come up with woild love to sport someone's amazing work on my profile just no artistic talent myself lol but post on thread or send me a pm

So I totally realized I didn't give yous really that much info (my apologies on that) budget I don't have a set amount in mind as never know the amount of work put into something
I do have a Phoenix pic I love as well as a dragon pic that wpuld be cool (they would have to be put together in one image ( background thinking fire and ice to make the 2 blend or no background but there are a few changes to be made for animating the image the dragon I woild like the Flames and wing tips and ground to move lime a flame and the dragon either needs ice or ice mist added that moves to make it pop) the whole them of the signature I'm looking for is fire phoenix vs ice dragon and think the ice or frost and Flames movi g woild make the signature pop ) let me know what yous think and if this is possible . I've used a app pixel motion to animate the Phoenix Flames so have a general idea I can send someone if they need a rough idea of that but as I said it does need to be combined into one image and frost or ice that sparkles or moves to compete with the Phoenix Flames , if anything is confusing please just ask as I'm trying to give a general idea but also open to artistic adaptation

Loving the setup only thing I would change would be the dragon to the one in the imgur link (ill relink below )
Since it's rhe dragons head I think my imgur link head would look nice with it even though a paler colour then your blue and to animate frost and Flames and she's perfect , loving the accents on the sides with the red and blue to match so as I said I'd just change the head in yours to the other head and animate some frost (mist)or ice (sparkle ) and makes the Flames on the Phoenix tail flicker like Flames and she will be perfect
