Just need this map shown below, color coded as shown but done more neatly, and with the area on the left included with the color coding on the right.


Example:
Phase 1: April-May (2022) - Suffolk N. / Hastings Rd.
Phase 2: May-June (2022) - Suffolk S.
Phase 3: July (2022) - Deal Rd.
Phase 4: Aug. (2022) - Radcliffe Rd.
Phase 5 & 6: Sept.-Aug. (2022-2023) - Warwick Rd.
Phase 7: June (2023) - Quebec Rd.
Phase 8: July-Sept (2023) - Nassau Ln.
Phase 9: Oct (2023) - Parma Rd.
