I am looking for a specific style of signature and layout as well.

The art-style inspiration I am going for is a Japanese woodblock print like the following artists:

Layout-

I know what you're thinking, if I can make such a masterpiece as this reference, why would I need to hire someone

So in my mind the image is:
Back left- water/nature of some form. Winding river? Waterfall?
Foreground/right: Cherry tree in bloom
Front left: Name inserted as Mind


I would like it to be traditional (not pop-out or edgeless) and I don't think I want it animated as I fear it may make the image chintzy but if you feel confident in the aesthetic and that is what you want to present go for it.

I would love a small cherry tree avatar to match as well.


Looking through the forum it seems 500 seems fair for work like this?

Do you want it like painted or simply want someone to find a photo to match your references?

Hi all!

In reference to the discussion this may be something that I need to commission something offsite for the specific image I’m imagining and then transition from there since it is a specific art style and there isn’t a direct woodblock print that matches directly what I am looking for. I’ve spent several hours trying to find one that does and haven’t come up with it.

Not being the graphic person I’m not sure where in the realm of compositing fits in feasibility since the base-works are not uniform.

I have pulled some more specific images of what I would like parts of it to look like and maybe that will help?

I really like the scale of the cherry blossom in this image as it sits in the foreground with the bridge in the middle ground and castle in the back. This could be the basis for a signature on its own for now if like I said earlier the original request would require too much.

An alternative to that aesthetic of the blossoms is this one presented by Hokusai. Once again this image is something that could serve as a basis for the signature on its own since there is no all-in-one:

As for the name, I would prefer the text be black and font styled as if stamped on. Less curves on the letters that is.
