Hey if you could post what you had like to help us attempt..
Background preference ? Abstract ? real landscape ? cartoon ? (what you want has background)
Render ? (a hero,monster,pokemon,a donut ? it can be whatever you want)
Text preference ? Calligraphy,bold,fancy, You can go on dafont if you have a font preference
Animation (that raise price a bit) only name animation ? or more big animation like my sig ?
Budget usually i would say price can go from 0-1k for a static and 750-2k++ for animated
so if you can add a few preference you will have more chance to get attempts by gfx designers
