Hey, how much would cost me a avatar+sig combo of this image of gargantuan black hole?

I would really like a pop out animated one, but dunno if my budget (500fg) would cover that...
I don't know by the site rules, but, can both sig+avatar be animated?

You’re going to lose a lot of clarity if you get animation and pop out.
It may not look how you hope it will with the limitations on this site.

As for your budget, you may be able to find someone to do it, but for most artists, 500 isn’t worth the time commitment you’re asking for
