JSP standards won't allow a high quality gif, you'll need to be a bit more specific in your request

what do you mean? I just meant it should look high quality, doesn't have to be 4k gifs as sig are allowed?

You can only have 8 frames of animation in a sig on here, and the quality will be low since the size has to be small.
I think what you have in your mind may be impossible for the site.
You can only get simple animation here, and even that reduces the quality of the images

That being said, you can put anything on your profile. So while it may be against sig rules, you can have a larger quality gif on your profile.
