Just looking for a mildly animated guild avatar, black background with a red "HC" 24×24 100kb. post or pm price. Ill happily pay well for it. Thank you.

Why the size?

If it’s for JSP the size will scale automatically, and the larger the size and still under kB limit, the better the quality in the end.
