What’s ur budget?

Honestly have no idea what static, pop out is. Do you examples of some that were done previously? If possible.

I appreciate that. I would like to request a popout and animated on one signature. If you think it looks better on one or the other, I will trust your judgement. I want the sexiest chick lol

Most animated popouts will have some funny lines. But if you have a good budget you can hire someone directly who has an awesome technique to get rid of that.
Otherwise, in my opinion, an animated rectangle like you see on my rotating sig is the way to go with animation for quality.
I'll see if I cant make something for ya shortly and go from there.
