If you're asking the artist to make things from scratch, we're talking a lot more fg.
Probably 500+ each, but it depends on what the artist feels their time and effort is worth.

Anything from scratch is going to run you a lot more

edit/ he's also not giving you attitude, just letting you know that you're not offering a fair amount for artist's work.
I would recommend looking at other posts to get a feel for what prices are around here.
Many people will see you're offering 25fg and just leave without reading what you wrote.
