I need to enter this fan art competition... so looking for you non-fans of this to hook me up lol

It can be basic or detailed, I'll pay a premium for something really cool. It can be a character like the inspiration photos below, or maybe something more real-life, or a background... a setting... a theme... whatever, be creative because i'm not.

Neon is the name of the project, so you can optionally include that.

need it QUICK, can pay well in fg. just quote me. I request you not post your submissions/ideas here if it can be helped. Also please let me know if you're working on something for me so i don't have to panic :D

whatever you want... fan art is by definition max creativity.

it could be hand drawn if you're into that... it could be pixel art... it could be animated... whatevs. make me a winner in the competition and i'll toss in an extra 1000fg on top of whatever you guys want.

the fan art that already won is pretty low quality imo lol... the standards aren't super high, but i have 0 idea how to draw or do any digital artwork like you pros.

got 037 working on something for me... i could still use another piece of art if anyone wants to take up the challenge, but no guarantees on a price until i see a concept or something.
