Looking to spend 750-1200 FG. Looking to see Mooncake animated with green glow and sparks/lightning forming before he shoots giant green laser. If possible feet/antenna wiggling. Looking for it to be set on a Hubble DeepSpace image, like the one here. Let me know if this is possible, thanks!

Fun idea. Would do this for 2k if you can’t find what you like.
