Didn't get the tail in there, but I believe the stock I used was perfect for this. Had to snap my own photo of an old band tshirt for the christ stock.

Let me know if you like, only 200fg. I can do small edits (text, slight color changes, move/delete an effect) if you want to use.

I couldn't decide with color scheme I liked so here's three options. If you like the color options, i just noticed I will need to reduce file size some (they're in the 90kb's).
