I think my iso shouldn’t be insanely hard all I am looking for is to have the black background of my current sig removed so only the turtle the toxic waste and toxic waste barrel are seen and I would like the toxic waste to glow and maybe the turtles eyes to glow also

Hmmm no one eh

The issue isn’t so much the animation, but the time it will take here.

A: someone has to hand cut out your image (not too terrible, clean job is ~15-30min)

B: A transparent GIF (APNG) is hard to reduce to 70KB.

It would be much easier to leave the background and add in the animation

I’ll do either option.

Transparent: 500FG
Non transparent: 300FG
