Hello!
I would like to use my last FG on a matching signature + avatar. I have a budget of 300 and I am pretty open to designs.

But if you'd like some guidelines I was thinking something traditional using The One Ring from Lord of the Rings. Forum name included. Animated huge plus but not required.
