I do like the avatar I have right now. Would be nice to include my tag loldotcom at the bottom and have a signature that has similar colours/theme (doesn't necessarily have to be family guy). Like I said tho... Doesn't need to have a shine, or any crazy gfx.

Anything like that cookie monster is going to be well over 150.
You may want to consider a more reasonable budget if you want anything more than the bare bones of a sig
Unless all you want is the bare bones, then you'll be able to get that
