Looking for a sig and avatar combo

Something like this with animations and obviously my name.

Sorry I am new to this graphic design forum. Just read the stickies I need to say how much I want to pay. Not sure if its too low, but I am looking to spend between 300 for the best one provided. So do people just post with their watermarks and I pick best one and pay for it?

Any particular character?

Thinking... Scorpion, Sub Zero or Raiden would be top choices for GG content but any character I can work up.

LMK if that price line is cool.

Hey boss, your signature is way off kilter for JSP regulations.

Dimensions Requirement: 400x150 (Yours is 250x150, so fine there)
File Size Requirement: <= 70KB (Yours is 1.03MB, which is 1003KB, which is way off)

You will eventually get a PM from a moderator stating you must remove it.
