You are correct, weird. Looks like they changed it this month and either forgot to leave that rule in place or decided to do away with it.

I might be a part of the reason why it was changed.

I was talking to mods and if you notice, in the rules it doesn’t state that offering signatures must be in 400x150 or 70 kb rules either. Basically a lot of rules exist, but are not written there.

Still the fact I have a pm from Mod saying they dont do anything and its only "encouraged" and didn't even ask me for the name of the person I was trying to report. And then shortly after the rules were edit'd....Long story short, it doesn't apply from the information I have gotten from Mods and Rules. If they had accepted my report maybe I would have a different mindset. All they have to do is keep a list of people being reported for such thing and then have a metric to check if its true and take action.... Maybe 3 reports cause for a Mod to check on the persons actions. Idk ... Apparently when it comes down to it, Mods don't care?

A lot of things surely are looked through the fingers. Rules are still stated clearly above. All normal trading rules apply to the GFX forum. And the trading rule is no PM trades. Also, your PM only states they can’t prevent PM trades. That doesn’t mean it is allowed. They cannot prevent scams to happen either, doesn’t mean it is allowed.

I agree that it should be easier to take actions to this, however, I will rest my case and try not to clog this thread with spam. The rules are stated and very clear to me.
