Looking for Kate Beckinsale (underworld) avatar and theme.

The previous avatar/theme has been lost to time (i.e. idk how to get it back)

Very partial to this particular picture (Google image Kate Beckinsale Underworld Eyes and its the one linked to the german fanshare site) but will consider each submission.

Looking to spend 500-1k fg.(open to spending more than that but I think this is a good starting range).

I'll give Y'shtola a shot this evening. As for Kate Beckinsale, any chance you'd go with a different image that isn't a close up portrait?
