Every artist has their prices - and knowing the amount of work that goes into logo design, especially vector art, for a real-world advertising application where real-world money is inevitably being made from it, 4k fg is the low-end, IMO.
But I digress. If you found someone to work with you for cheaper, by all means, I hope it turns out just how you'd like it!
