I have prepared a painting, how it should look like.
It needs few animations in it.

Animation 1) sniff a line cocain after it’s sniffed ( the powder has to disappear) blink with one eye
Animation 2) bubble speech needs to pop up with a text
Animation 3) bubble speech pops up
Animation 4) bubble speech pop up with text, sniff another line

I pay with fg.

I have more details, I just need to know if anyone can do that.

From 16 to 28 frames are you needing for it sir. I think is imposible because of D2jsp image Kb restriction (70kb)

Is this all custom or you got the paint/drawing done..it might be do-able but from step 1 to 3 with short frame/less movement..
And depends how much you are willing to spend..
