Name can be changed, all the layers in the PSD are labelled should it's fairly easy to do if you want to have a different name, didn't know which one to pick considering your second post states another name while first states another.

This is the best what i saw today i think but it will be hard to put in like a logo on T-shirts.
I think i need something transparent.

Btw. Can you do something similar but transparent and second one somehow animated? If its too hard or you don't want to do thisor no have time I understand.

I can make it transparent, shouldn't be an issue, just remove the smuged background, do you still wish the stars to be visible around the void at the middle?
Also, is the text alright, does it need anything changed such as text itself or color correction/resize?

Regarding the "hard to put on t-shirt", I can resize the image of your liking, as to animated, currently cannot but I could give it a try to make it animated, keep it mind that the image might be a bit bigger as in file size afterwards
