Looking for 2 things here.

Request 1:
My old 2010 sig needs a modern day update.
Looking to shape up and animate my current sig, Maybe debris flying around or hair waving or both! (possibly animated pop-out if it looks sick)
would like to keep the colors the same theme, maybe darken a little.
Let your creativity roam free if you can make it look more bad-ass.
Would also like to add a banner or a separation on the bottom with my guild, Playboy, on the bottom. (or incorporated in the sig if its clean looking)
Paying up to 1500 for an animated sig and ava.

Request 2:
Looking for a fresh new animated DBZ sig/ava. (maybe even animated pop-out if possible)
Looking for Vegeta or SS Blue Vegeta.
Kinda similar to my current, but with this color theme, kinda the retro-wave theme colors.

Ill put in some samples i saw on google as ideas but as always, let the creative juices flow.
Also paying up to 1500 for this one, maybe more if you blow it out of the water.

Had a go at your original one, alot tougher then i thought id would be. Animation is not my strongest part so always fun to do and i always learn some new stuff.

That is actually a pretty awesome start!
Idk how much harder this would be to to, but would it be possible to add a pulsing effect on the one on the left in addition to the glowing? Some blended debris/shredded clothing coming off the shoulders in the foreground too if doable. (2:25 in the video)
Also would like to add some faint sparkles to the foreground on the one to the right. (2:00 in the video)
again, idk how feasible it is to do, but thats ideally what im looking for, Ill link video with timestamps to try to get across what im looking for.

Ideally, i would like to also get rid of the borders, those were just added to remove my old banner as it was all 1 piece before.

this is kind of the theme i'm trying to go for on the 2nd one, more retro-wave-esque lol.

doesnt have to be vegeta blue per say, just chose that as a good theme color base. Just looking for a badass kinda retro-wave vegeta sig.

I’ll try to put together a little collage of what I’m kinda looking for with my limited PS skills when i get home lol. Looking for people’s personal touches on it too though.
