Need Avatar/thread Layout/banner - Topic

Summary: Looking have someone make me a few graphics. It's Old School Runescape themed, with a mix of animated text/banners/avatar and a thread layout with clickable buttons etc.

Need the following:
1. Avatar - Animated (Have examples e.g Cartoon-like Safe/Vault or Treasure Chest with coins/gems falling out/sparkling etc.)
2. Animated Banner (Advert style size - url wrapped/leads to my discord - background image w/ animated text etc, have tons of great examples)
3. Thread Layout - Basic OSRS themed, informational more or less. (**Have tons of great examples)

Budget: I'm open to discussion on budget and timeline. Thanks much for your time.

Payment: Happy to pay in FG or OSRS GP
