Design Project - Osrs Themed - Topic

Summary:
Looking to commission someone to do some design work.

I have a main character I want to be the 'mascot' for all of this. Threw together a random image below as an example. Have some ideas here and there.

Need the following:
1. Avatar - Animated (Have example)
2. Animated Banners x2 (normal website/advert style size) - both with click ref (one for disc channel, etc).
3. Flyer - Basic OSRS themed, informational more or less.

Budget:
Open to discussion, start offer @2.5K, but I'm flexible and can go higher based on skill/efforts of course.

I have a very good idea with examples of other similar pieces that would be a great baseline to start for each piece.

I may have deleted your PM among a few others, not sure what happened.

Think cartoon like / smart phone app animated style looking - ish, Old School Runescape/RPG themed (have main 'mascot') that aside can be creative.

To yourself and other interested parties: I have examples for all of the above things I need done. I'm flexible and can pay in FG/OSRS GP etc.
