I am looking for someone that knows how or is willing to learn how to do everything for a twitch channel. This includes Overlays, panels, transitions, alert boxes, icons, and banner. I am looking to get quotes for all of this work and find someone that if they are willing to take on this job can have it done in a reasonable amount of time.
