Looking for a Bills Mafia Buffalo Bills sig

Needs to be a cutout style, with Josh Allen as the feature
I want it to vibrant and colorful

I really like something about the colors/effects on these 3 sigs below. Are you able to throw some kind of effects on that sig to make it really pop?
