Yeah, he was fine the day prior to his passing, walked him, cuddled him, then come dinner time he stood still in living room, frozen solid, unresponsive, immediate signs of bloat, rushed him to vet but there was nothing that could be done, IV'd him for the night, hoping for any signs of life/improvement to make the call to have surgery on him (he wouldn't survive trip to nearest ER) and he never made it through the night at the vet...

Missing him heavily every day, was my soulmate practically.


So yeah a memorial kind of thing sounds perfect, as for pricing, I'll go all-in, if more fg is required, I'll sell stuff to gather more. Pricing is no issue and never will be if it's regarding him.

go you covered brother, still miss my old doggos every day and i got lucky because 1 made it to 14 and the other made it to 15 they were mother and son, loved em both.. i never cry but the day we took them to the vet to have them put down to end their pain was the 1 day i cried for hours on end.. shit hurts.. still miss em and it's been 10 years

I never cried either up until I lost him, been having sad episodes/sleepless nights extremely frequently ever since, I just miss him so goddamn much, spent 90% of my free time being with him, and the quietness is eating away at me sometimes.

trick is to treat them like humans, let them eat whatever they want and sleep wherever they want.. they have feelings too.. can't stand people that mistreat their dogs

Treated him as my best friend, because he genuinely was. Hell even my relationships had to accept he came first, and none ever disagreed after meeting him.
