I have a render in mind, however if you can find better ones, do pm me and let me know.

Theme: Todoroki (Chibi version)

Willing to pay 500 to 1500fg.
Still / Pop-out / or animated is fine as long as i feel the end results looks good to me.

Would prefer brighter colors, and towards "anime/cute side of sig"
