Looking for someone who can do this effect:

0:45 - 0:50

(car starts from 0 transparency and pixelates into the car with some effect)





I want that effect but in a 2D game called DDraceNetwork.

I can provide mp4 file of 0 transparency and one with normal. also can provide with green screen to make it easier etc..

Not sure if Ilegit and/or Coralcaves are able for play PC and GFX programs but they are good choices for this kind of work or at least to ask for it

I personaly not good doing videos
